Po\u0161le nedjelje smo slu\u0161ali prispodobu o mudrim i ludim djevicama, a danas nam donosi prispodobu o talentima i na\u0161oj odgovornosti spram dobivenih talenata od Boga i slu\u017eenju u korist Kraljevstva Bo\u017ejeg. Slu\u017eenje je sama bit kr\u0161\u0107anstva. Nije mogu\u0107e biti Kristovim u\u010denikom i ne biti spreman na slu\u017eenje. Biti odgovoran za vlastiti \u017eivot u vremenu koje nam je dano, zna\u010di biti Bo\u017eji suradnik! Tek kroz \u017eivljenje i djelovanje mi otkrivamo svoje talente. U \u017eivot ne treba i\u0107i sa strahom i nepovjerenjem nego s ljubavlju i vjerom u bezgrani\u010dna ostvarenja i ispunjenja. Pesimizam i zastra\u0161ivanje u ime religioznosti izdaja su vjerovanja i povjerenja u Boga koji nas je stvorio i koji je u nas polo\u017eio svoje bo\u017eanske darove. Svaki \u010dovjek je obdaren bo\u017eanskim darovima koji vape da se \u201eotkriju\u201c i o\u017eivotvore. Zato vjerovati zna\u010di izlaziti iz ome\u0111enog svijeta i ome\u0111ene budu\u0107nosti. Istinski vjernik uvijek je optimist. Po svojoj duhovnosti on je otvoren prema bo\u017eanstvenosti. Tko se prema \u017eivotu postavlja s nepovjerenjem, ne dogodi mu se \u017eivot. Tko sumnja u \u017eivot ne ulazi ni u iskustvo bogatstva \u017eivota. <em>\u201eTko ima dat \u0107e mu se, tko nema i ono malo \u0107e mu se oduzeti.\u201c<\/em> Ova tvrdnja nije socijalna nego strukturalna. Tko svoje darove ne koristi oni mu se gube, tko ih koristi oni se pove\u0107avaju. Zato i imamo veliku odgovornost u vremenu u kojem \u017eivimo kao kr\u0161\u0107ani, ali i kao ljudi. Ne smijemo olako shvatiti poziv Bo\u017eji da iskoristimo talente koje nam je dao na dobrobit brata \u010dovjeka i kraljevstva Bo\u017ejega. \u010culi smo u prispodobi da gospodar tra\u017ei od slugu ra\u010dun za upravljanje povjerenim talentima. Tako \u0107e i Bog tra\u017eiti u kona\u010dnici na\u0161eg zemaljskog putovanja ra\u010dun za upravljanje na\u0161im \u017eivotom i sposobnostima koje smo od njega dobili.
